The Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board (MAWIB) invites the public to comment on the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Supplement to the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Local Plan for the Milwaukee Workforce Development Area. Copies of the Plan are available here: ARRA - WIA Local Plan and at the MAWIB's Corporate Offices, 2338 N 27th St., Milwaukee, WI 53210.

MILWAUKEE, WI (April 30, 2009) — Mayor Tom Barrett, in cooperation with
the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board (MAWIB), will provide 3,000 summer jobs to young people from Milwaukee County through the Earn & Learn program.
